June Basket Collection will be for Reconciling in Christ

Reconciling in Christ (RIC) is a program for Lutheran communities of faith to answer the inclusive call of the Gospel by publicly welcoming people of all sexual orientations and gender identities.

Flagstaff Shelter Services’ Needs

For the month of June we will be Sunscreen. We are also always collecting empty prescription bottles. 

Living Christ is an active participant in the work of Northern Arizona Interfaith Council (NAIC), a non-partisan community organizing group. In partnership with other churches, faith-based groups, and local businesses, we currently organize and advocate around the issues of education, housing, immigration, and COVID-19. We also seek to collaborate with local, state, and federal elected officials on these issues and hold them accountable through public accountability sessions, which are open to the public. 

Electoral Strategy Meeting, Northern Arizona Interfaith Council (NAIC) (Non- Partisan Organization) Sunday, June 19th, 11:15ish - 12noon at Church. Come and find out what a difference we can make with School Board, City Council and Mayoral Candidates through Relationship Building and Accountability Sessions. We will also discuss the Housing Bond. 

Monday, June 20th at 6:30pm: Lack of Housing Options (LOHO) Meeting is open to all people interested in what is going on in our community regarding affordable housing.
